Message from the Chairman

In 1891 The North Side Bank was incorporated under the laws of Ohio with a capital of $25,000. Business has been good from the beginning. More than 100 years later, the capital has increased many times over to support assets in excess of $400 million. As we enter the 21st century, our bank is more successful than ever. 

We measure our success by how well we accomplish the following 4 goals:

• First and foremost, providing a superior service to you, our customer
• Second, earning a fair profit for our shareholders 
• Third, supporting and investing in the communities from which we receive our deposits
• Fourth, recognizing and working toward our employees’ needs, growth and job satisfaction.

Seven banking offices now support our expansive customer base. Our original home in Northside remains our Main Office yet today. We have branches in Finneytown, Colerain, Blue Ash, Delhi, West Chester, and Springdale. 
We have served generations of Cincinnatians. We take great pride in our heritage by combining yesterday’s personal service with a wide variety of innovative financial products for our customers.
